Booking & Payment Requirements 

Booking prices vary depending on rental needs

• For bookings made within 7 days of use, payment in full is required to secure the dates.

• For bookings more than 7 days out, a deposit of 20% is required to secure the rental

• Studio agreement must be signed upon booking confirmation

• Upon signing, payment in full or a deposit of 20% of the total due will be invoiced 

• The deposit will be applied to balance owed

• Cancelation Policy:

  • If the rental is canceled within 7 days or less before event, the payment or deposit is non-refundable

  • If the rental is canceled within 8-14 days before the event, the deposit is 50% refundable

  • If the rental is canceled 30 days or more before the event, the deposit is 100% refundable.
