Our ballet-based barre fitness class is designed for adults of all fitness levels. This class combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and traditional fitness training to provide a full-body workout that will help you improve your strength, flexibility, and posture. You will be guided through a series of exercises that help you sculpt and tone your muscles while enhancing your overall fitness.

Rhythm & Grooves Dance Fitness - w/Grant Klockeman
Tuesdays: 6:45 - 7:45
Our high-energy Hip Hop Based dance fitness class is suitable for adults of all dance levels. This class offers a dynamic and fun way to improve cardiovascular health, endurance, and overall fitness while learning popular Hip Hop dance moves. You will be led through fun routines set to upbeat music in a supportive environment.

Wednesdays: 7:30- 8:30
Our Power Stretch class is designed for adults of all fitness levels. This class focuses on improved flexibility, muscle tone, and overall fitness. You will be guided through a series of dynamic stretching exercises that will help you feel more limber and energized. This class is perfect for anyone looking to improve their flexibility and well-being.
